These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Typing.media web application (“the Platform”), operated by RE:Typing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, address: 2 Discovery Close, Fareham, PO14 3NZ (“Typing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Platform is a proprietary internal scheduling and content management tool designed to enable authorised Typing Ltd team members to schedule, manage, and publish content to third-party social media platforms via official APIs.

2. Eligibility and Authorised Users

Access is restricted exclusively to authorised employees and contractors of Typing Ltd. Unauthorised access, sharing of credentials, or use of the Platform outside the scope of your role at Typing Ltd is strictly prohibited.

By using the Platform you confirm that:

  • (a) you are an authorised employee or contractor of Typing Ltd;
  • (b) you are using the Platform solely for legitimate business purposes on behalf of Typing Ltd; and
  • (c) you will not share your access credentials with any third party.

3. Description of the Platform

Typing.media is an internal content scheduling and management application. Its core functions include:

  • (a) Connecting to third-party social media platform APIs, including the Instagram Graph API and the TikTok Content Posting API, via OAuth 2.0 authentication;
  • (b) Scheduling and publishing content (images, videos, captions, and metadata) to authorised social media accounts;
  • (c) Managing content assets and campaign materials stored in and retrieved from Google Drive;
  • (d) Utilising Claude Code (Anthropic), an AI-powered coding assistant, to support the development, testing, and maintenance of the Platform’s codebase.

4. Use of Third-Party APIs and Services

4.1 Instagram

The Platform integrates with the Instagram Graph API to enable publishing to Instagram Business and Creator accounts. Use of the Platform in connection with Meta’s APIs is subject to:

You agree to comply with all applicable Meta platform policies. The Platform may only be used to publish content to accounts for which Typing Ltd has obtained proper authorisation through Meta’s OAuth 2.0 flow. The Platform does not use Meta data for profiling, surveillance, eligibility determinations, or any purpose prohibited under Meta’s Developer Data Use Policy.

4.2 TikTok

The Platform integrates with the TikTok Content Posting API to enable content publishing to TikTok accounts. Use of the Platform in connection with TikTok’s APIs is subject to:

The Platform facilitates authentic content publishing on behalf of authorised users only. It does not add watermarks, branding, or promotional text to content published via TikTok’s API without explicit user authorisation, in compliance with TikTok’s content sharing guidelines. All TikTok accounts connected through the Platform must have explicitly granted access via TikTok’s OAuth flow.

4.3 Google Drive

The Platform integrates with Google Drive to store, retrieve, and manage content assets including media files, campaign briefs, and supporting materials. This integration is subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Google Workspace policies. Files stored in Google Drive are accessed by authorised users only. The Platform does not modify, delete, or share Google Drive files outside of authorised team operations.

4.4 Claude Code (Anthropic)

The Platform’s development and maintenance makes use of Claude Code, an AI-powered development tool provided by Anthropic. Claude Code is used for coding assistance, debugging, and codebase maintenance only. No user data, social media account credentials, OAuth tokens, or content is transmitted to Claude Code or to Anthropic’s systems. Claude Code operates on the Platform’s source code, not on live user data.

5. OAuth Authentication and Account Connections

The Platform uses OAuth 2.0 protocols to connect to Third-Party Platforms. By connecting a social media account through the Platform, you authorise Typing Ltd to:

  • (a) Obtain and store access tokens and refresh tokens issued by the relevant Third-Party Platform;
  • (b) Use those tokens solely to schedule, publish, and manage content on your authorised accounts as directed by you;
  • (c) Refresh tokens as necessary to maintain uninterrupted service.

Tokens are encrypted at rest and in transit. They are not shared with any third party beyond what is technically necessary to communicate with the relevant Third-Party Platform API. You may revoke access at any time through the relevant Third-Party Platform’s settings, which will invalidate all stored tokens.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • (a) violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • (b) circumvent or attempt to circumvent any Third-Party Platform policy;
  • (c) scrape, harvest, or collect data from Third-Party Platforms beyond what is authorised;

  • (g) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.

7. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their data, including any stored OAuth tokens and account connection data, at any time by contacting ben@typing-ltd.com. Requests will be processed within 30 days. Social media account data obtained via Third-Party Platform APIs will be deleted in accordance with Meta’s and TikTok’s data deletion requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, code, and materials are the property of Typing Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Platform other than the limited right to use it as described herein.
